The Strawberry Patch Philosophy

To gain valuable experience, I supervised a large, regional preschool and childcare center for three years. However, I always believed that the best situation for children is a professional quality dayschool in a home setting. My goal is to provide full-time working parents and their children with a personalized dayschool program. The Patch offers consistent and reliable care providers in a safe, comfortable family environment. Such a setting allows children to learn at their own pace, with age-appropriate educational toys and projects that inspire imagination and creativity as well as developing motor skills. In addition, it promotes social and cooperative skills with children of all ages.

I have over thirty (35) years of childcare and preschool/dayschool experience. I am a teacher, professional care provider and business woman...not a babysitter. My ultimate goal is to keep learning and growing to provide the best possible experience for parents, the children and me.
